An uncommon mid-century ribbed panel pressed miniature creamer, with a base that’s hand ground and polished.
The workmanship is similar to what once was seen around the earlier 1900s. Undoubtedly a good glass maker dedicated to quality in decades since could continue this design pattern and method of forming ... though rare in finding.
