Condition: Very Good! The sculpture has been given a coating of a museum sold grade wax, similar to Renaissance Wax and wiped, but not polished. It ensures integrity and stability to current aging prior to sale.

*The cast is incomplete and rough formed; as the front left leg and tail were hastily welded and not similar to the other legs that were finished and welds removed. This was done on purpose when made, almost as if to show how a bronze sculpture is created? Being a lost wax form it can take over several days to build a flawless appearing giraffe and cost a great deal more in purchasing one this size.
