Goebel Grape Embossed Glass Barrel Jar w/ Wood & Glass Finial Lid

From Goebel comes this perfect place for those ideas and holder of objects. The stylish glass Barrel Jar is embossed in grape clusters and vines that encircle around it. With its added appeal of being hand blown in form and topped in a polish rim cut edge. The loose fitting Wooden Lid and its grape cluster glass finial, gives its part in this Goebel's Rustic Barrel designed Jar.

Marked (etched) on bottom base of glass embossed barrel jar is 'Goebel' with a 'V' positioned between the "b and e." This was known as the 'Last Bee Mark' and was used between 1972 until 1979.

Condition: Very good as would be when sold new yet of vintage. This is a previously owned item and well cared for; the scent of potpourri still lingers on its wooden lid which tells of its use.
